Anafee™ Architecture

The financial information and consumption data relevant for service organizations is stored in a multitude of separate systems within the company. This makes determining the relationship between costs and services accurately very difficult. This, however, is the essential basis of calculation, accounting, documentation and planning of your services.
Anafee™ is based on a unified and standardized data model which allows you to integrate all consumption amounts for services and the used resources with the corresponding financial data from SAP and other accounting systems.
The Anafee™ Server manages this data for the Anafee Power User, who can configure the parameters of the service relationships, the service calculation and the accounting (value chains, cost distribution, SLAs, discounts, margins...) via the Anafee Management Console. It also supplies web-based reporting, which offers service catalogs, account statements, calculation reports (cost type/cost centre perspective) to a multitude of users.




The Anafee™ Importer, which for example imports cost or organizational data and the Anafee Mediation Devices for the data on the consumption amounts enable access to virtually every data source, including Oracle, MS-SQL, PostGreSQL, Lotus Notes and many others. Text files which contain log information on the usage of a system and Microsoft Excel and Access files can also be read in without any problems.
The Anafee™ ERP Connector4SAP is used when integrating SAP systems. This SAP-certified interface enables you to smoothly read the relevant transaction data from SAP. The Anafee export functions can be used to create customer-specific export files, for example to re-import the accounting data in the leading accounting system.
