Commerzbank

Commerzbank AG has been using Anafee for the company-wide calculation of IT services for 33,000 IT users since 2007. Anafee is also used for the calculation within the scope of planning simulations. The IT service catalogue of the Commerzbank is a 4-layer model organized along the IT value chain containing all infrastructure and application services, including Host, Unix and Windows platforms, work stations and network. Several conceptual versions for the simulation of planning amounts and service costs have been created. The organization comprises approximately 15,000 cost centers in the different fields of business. In addition, Anafee provides solutions for the special needs of central controlling (e.g. special overviews over the IT services with regard to cost types, cost drivers, etc.).
