| ADAC restructured their financial management processes of all internal services. By implementing CATENIC Anafee, ADAC replaced the conventional linear assignment of service costs by a cost driver-based model. Today, the central IT service categories as well as other internal shared services of the automobile club are controlled via Anafee, enabling demand-oriented calculation and accounting of all services. The main objective of ADAC is a significant improvement of the service processes and the achievement of cost transparency. Furthermore, ADAC uses Anafee for an accurate long-term documentation of transfer prices for national and international service usage.
